ETE Principal Appointed to Commission on Juvenile Justice

ROCKVILLE, Md., August 15, 2009–ETE Principal and General Counsel, Mondi Kumbula-Fraser, recently was appointed by Montgomery County Executive, Isiah Leggett, as a Commissioner with the County’s Commission on Juvenile Justice.  The appointment was confirmed by the Montgomery County Council.

In addition to monitoring the County’s juvenile justice system, the County also promotes the welfare of juveniles under the jurisdiction of the court, makes budget recommendations, keeps legislators and citizens informed about juvenile needs, and makes periodic visits to state-run facilities that service County juveniles.

“I take this responsibility very seriously and I look forward to serving in this capacity,” said Kumbula-Fraser.
