Founders
The founders of ETE Enterprises are Andre T. Fraser and Mondi Kumbula-Fraser.
As a Principal with ETE Enterprises, Andre T. Fraser is a pioneer in the application service provider industry. He helped design and/or build some of the largest e-business sites, including www.kinkos.com and www.hpshopping.com. Prior to founding ETE Enterprises, Mr. Fraser worked for such reputable companies as Hewlett-Packard, Coleman-Martin and USinternetworking. He is heavily involved in the Tivoli community and recently became the Group Leader for the federal Tivoli Users Group. He also serves on the Advisory Council for the Greater Prince George’s Business Roundtable.
In 2001, Mr. Fraser was featured on the front cover of the technology section of the Washington Post for being one of the hardest workers in the IT field. And in 2004, he received the Distinguished Alumnus award from Howard University for entrepreneurship. He has both an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and a graduate degree in Computer Science from Howard University. Mondi Kumbula-Fraser is Principal & General Counsel with ETE Enterprises. Prior to joining ETE Enterprises, Ms. Kumbula-Fraser served as legislative counsel for the American Bar Association and lobbied on technology issues including electronic commerce, cybersecurity and electronic government. Ms. Kumbula-Fraser also has a legal and/or legislative background in business, tax, real estate, and international affairs. And she has testified before legislative committees and given presentations at legislative conferences and workshops regarding technology, small business and international issues.
Ms. Kumbula-Fraser has been a trial attorney in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. And she has served on the board of directors for several organizations including the Washington Bar Association, the Constituency for Africa, the Technology Assistance Center, the Advisory Council for the Greater Prince George’s Business Roundtable, and the American Civil Liberties Union.
Ms. Kumbula-Fraser has received both the Outstanding Contribution Award and the Presidential Award from the Washington Bar Association. Ms. Kumbula-Fraser has an undergraduate degree from Howard University and a law degree from the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law.
